10 Day Meditation Challenge

Join me and the Meaningful Work community for a 10 Day Meditation Challenge!

Meditation doesn’t have to be a “Big Production”. You will only need 5 minutes a day, for 10 days to get started.


  • You don’t need a “special” cushion, or a room.
  • You don’t need incense, or candles, or other… implements (?).
  • You don’t need to put your legs in a pretzel.


You just need a place to sit down, and 5 minutes. That is all.

If you don’t like it, you never have to do it again. If you do, it could be the start of a new practice and help stop anxiety, get more creative, and actually GROW your brain!

I will be doing this with you, at the same time.
