Join me and the Meaningful Work community for a 10 Day Meditation Challenge!
Meditation doesn’t have to be a “Big Production”. You will only need 5 minutes a day, for 10 days to get started.
- You don’t need a “special” cushion, or a room.
- You don’t need incense, or candles, or other… implements (?).
- You don’t need to put your legs in a pretzel.
You just need a place to sit down, and 5 minutes. That is all.
I will be doing this with you, at the same time.
